How do you create zero length edge bends in sheet metal?
SolidWorks needs the sheet to run some distance after it takes the turn. Even a distance of 0.0001 would do, but not 0.0. KOMPAS-3D and Alibre Design do not have that limitation. Why does SolidWorks not allow a bend to end as soon as the turn is made. For more information on this please see http://www.deelip.com/?p=1077

I do many normal to surface cuts. I am unable to do this with structural members. Is there a way to do this without creating a sheet metal part? If not, it should be an option!!

Improving accuracy for bspline created surfaces
Currently there are limitations for how accurate a bspline surface can be or can be measured without significantly slowing down the software. Until someday when we have conics controlled with a Rho value, is there a work-around to make the surfaces usable for those of us needing nanometer accuracy?
